Swedish Massage

The various types of massage we offer aim to release tension in the muscles, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and a general sense of health and well-being.

Sports/Remedial Massage

Using techniques including Swedish Massage and trigger-point therapy, this massage will relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and restore muscles back to their normal state.

Aromatherapy Massage

Our Aromatherapist incorporate specific Essential Oil blends into their massage techniques in order to improve physical and emotional well-being.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive and effective treatment. It involves massage and gentle pressure applied to specific reflex points on the feet/hands to bring about healing.
